Bids for Jalan Bunga Rampai and Irwell Bank Rd GLS sites lower than expected
Wee Hur Development placed the highest bid for the 4,666.6 square metre Government Land Sales (GLS) site at Jalan Bunga Rampai. The winning bid for the District 19 site was $93.39 million, which translates to a land rate of $885 psf ppr.
The renowned developer of City Developments Limited (CDL) won the bid for the other GLS site at Irwell Bank Road with a top bid of $583.89 million. The new District 9 development at the site, which is bounded by Irwell Hill Road and River Valley Road, would eventually be named Irwell Hill Residences.
