There were 10 bids for each of the 2 GLS sites at Slim Barracks Rise.
The highest bid for the bigger site, named as Slim Barracks Rise Land parcel A, was placed by EL Development. The bid placed was $320.1 million. Based on the site area of 85,648.4 square feet, the land price of the bid translates to $1,245.7 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).
The smaller site of Slim Barracks Rise Land parcel B was won by Gao Xiuhua, who is one of the owners of Kingsford Development. Gao Xiuhua bidded $162.4 million for the 63,901 square feet site of Land parcel B, which works out to a land price of $1,210.1 psf ppr.
