The road of Dairy Farm Lane divides the southern perimeter of The Botany Condo from the international school of German European School Singapore, or GESS in short or as it is more popularly known as.
The Dairy Farm Lane road and a piece of State Land separates the eastern boundary of the development from the mixed-use development of Dairy Farm Residences. There are 2 land plots in the State Land, with the northern half being currently gazetted as “utility” in the 2019 URA Master Plan, and the southern half being classified as a place of worship.
The Botany Condo comprises of 5 Blocks of different heights. Block 3 is the highest at 15-Storey high, while Block 5 is the lowest at 9-Storey high. Block 7 is 13-Storey high and the remaining 2 towers of Block 9 and 11 are 14-Storey high.
As the development has a relatively good size of more than 150,000 square feet in site area, the development offers full condo facilities replete with a tennis court to its residents.
