27 Moulmein Rise sold to Roxy-Pacific Holdings associated company
RH Novena Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary company under the prolific developer Roxy-Pacific, has bought two adjacent land plots at 27 Moulmein Rise from 27MR at $106 million.
The 22,198 sq ft site of the former Grand Tower lies within the amalgamated land, which is within 4 minutes walk from the Novena MRT station.
Roxy-Pacific will launch a 17-storey high project named Neu At Novena at the acquired site.
